Happiness at work is not just good for a company’s productivity and bottom line – it also massively strengthens a company’s brand. When employees love their job, they will live and breathe the company brand and communicate it clearly and positively through their work. Customers will see that and turn from just satisfied clients to raving fans.

Luis Gallardo is the Founder of the World Happiness Summit, the largest multi-stakeholder gathering on happiness in the world and the author too of the Book Brands & Rousers, The Holistic System to Foster High-Performing Businesses, Brands and Careers. Luis will lead us through the 6 R’s and will show us how leaders can think holistically but act personally. Given the competitiveness of global and local markets, the pace of change in business and the sudden emergence of unprecedented challenges and opportunities, there is an overriding need for leadership that is flexible, capable, and dynamic. If there is one lesson for organizations from recent events, it’s this: it is not simply what we know that matters, but how we react to what we do not know. In practice, this means succeeding in six broad areas: leading with a purpose and reason, generating and maximizing revenues, rousing people and dreams, building relationships, maximizing a good reputation, and becoming resilient—the 6 R’s for success.
